Every Buildmate plan comes with a set allowance of AI credits and File storage. Most of the time that’s plenty. But sometimes, a busy month may require drafting many Work Orders with AI, or a project phase that suddenly generates a lot of drawings, photos, and BOQs, can push a team past their usual limit before their next renewal. Therefore, we are introducing Add-Ons.

What are Add-ons?

Add-ons are a way to top up specific parts of your plan on demand, without changing your subscription tier. The first two add-ons we’re rolling out are:

  1. Additional File Storage: extra room for your project files, drawings, and documents when your team’s storage is running low.
  2. AI Credits coming soon : extra credits to keep using AI-powered features like generating Work Orders or AI generated File description, without waiting for your next billing cycle.

How it works

Additional File Storage

As your projects grow, so do your files. The Additional File Storage add-on lets you expand your organization’s storage independently of your plan, so your Files & Folders module never becomes a bottleneck for active projects. Project Settings button on Project Dashboard

AI Credits power every AI-assisted action in Buildmate, including the Generate with AI flow for Work Orders or AI generated File description. In case your organization uses all the current month’s AI credits, you now can purchase an AI Credits add-on to keep your team moving without interruption.
